Serving Fort Benning and the surrounding area
Fort Benning sits just south of Columbus, close to our base. The installation was called Fort Moore for a couple of years, but it’s Fort Benning again, and either way we’ve been serving the people who live and work there since 2009.
If your vehicle is on post, tell us that when you call. Access rules can change, and letting us know up front helps us plan the visit around whatever gate requirements are in place that day. Whether you’re in family housing, parked near the barracks, or at work in an office or training area, we’ll sort out the details with you before we roll.
Plenty of Fort Benning families live off post in Columbus, Phenix City, Cusseta and the surrounding towns, and we cover all of those areas too. Military life brings its own key problems. Vehicles shipped across the country with only one key, a spouse handling a lost fob during a deployment, or a car bought fast after a PCS move. We can cut and program a spare, replace a lost key, or get you back into a locked car without a trip to the dealer.
Fort Benning questions
How fast can you get to me in Fort Benning?
The main post is close to central Columbus, though getting through the gate can add time. Arrival depends on where the van is when you call. Call 706-495-1523, tell us you’re on post, and we’ll give you a current arrival time.
Which vehicles do you make keys for in Fort Benning?
Soldiers drive just about everything, and we key just about everything from 1995 forward. That means domestic trucks, imports, SUVs and newer push-to-start cars. If you brought a vehicle from another state, that’s fine. We work with the vehicle, not the plate.
What do I need to have a new key made?
We need the vehicle, your registration or title, and a photo ID that shows the name on those papers. Out-of-state registration is fine. Having the VIN ready helps. If the vehicle is in your spouse’s name, call first and we’ll explain the options. We can make a key on site even if all keys are lost.
